I started in the industry as a developer and trainer straight out of a coding bootcamp much like _nology. I've worked around the country helping companies fill the digital skills gap with freshly trained talent and using that talent to build successful tech teams and products.
At _nology we deliver practical and immersive training that gets people enthused and confident as coding professionals from day one. Already, I’ve helped to prepare over 250 people for their first roles in technology and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it.
I've learned a lot about the digital skills gap and how to fill it, but I know there’s always room for improvement do I continue to focus on getting even better.
It's uniquely rewarding to watch talented young people find their way into tech. It can be very daunting at the beginning but anyone can get there if they commit themselves enough. _nology has started something special with a strong focus on coaching individuals to find the best of themselves, without asking them to fit a mould.

"It’s also exciting to be part of an innovative, connected, driven and hardworking team, all focused on achieving _nology’s ambitions by using our creative and cultural energy to drive success."
"I think getting into tech should be more accessible and appealing. So I try to do that by incorporating interesting and modern tech where I can."
